Media Tests:

Assisting with final packaging, advising on cost savings and ensuring a fast turnaround 3,000 upwards
Making up dummy samples of packs, outer packaging, carrying out glue trials, wrapping in different grades of cpp film. Sourcing cartons all prior to tests.

National Launches 100 000 upwards

Last launch was 650 000, consisting of 77 artic loads over 15 working days.
Consisted of:

Pre-inserting magazine with 5 inserts
Covermounting card pack on to front in a specific position using HMG
Wrapping pre-wrapped / pre-covermounted magazine with
supplements in CPP film using side seal
Covermounting pre-wrap on to backing board using HMG
Covermounting large gift on to backing board using HMG

Packing into cartons in stocks of 5 and palletizing – pallet size 340

With 24 hour loading, outgoing loads were collected at night, whilst in-coming materials for the job were arriving during the day.

Whilst the national was going through, our normal weekly and monthly titles were still being finished
